Goats At Goat Lick Overlook

If you want to see some magnificent mountain goats then you must go to Glacier National Park in the northern Rocky Mountains in northwestern Montana right by the Canadian border. The goats there are used to the rugged terrain and are close relatives of gazelles and African antelope. To see them up close head for Goat Lick Overlook where the goats come to lick the salty, mineral-rich cliffs. These goats know that keeping closer to human visitors keeps them safer from predators.
