It’s time to get serious about making certain the house is ready for winter the nights are getting very cold. It is just as important to do fall cleaning for me as it is to do spring cleaning. It is many of the same chores. Plus it’s time to winterize. Typically the first hard freeze happens the first few days in September and from then on it’s just plain cold.
So what’s on list to do after work.
~Wash the exterior of the house, including windows and rain gutters.
~ Prepare the lawn for winter
~ Put away our summer clothes
~Freshen up our winter closes.
~ Work my 14 hour shift
~ Set up volunteer schedule for the weekends
