Ghostwriter
We live in a gifting neighborhood. It is very spread out, as we are in a rural area. Several years ago there were boxes placed near our doors so neighbors could drop off treats and such. Anytime someone moves in a box appears and the reason why is listed. It really has been a blessing for all.
Today there was a surprise in my box. It was a fruit basket and it had a little note. “Are your daily habits benefiting you, your family, your friends, your community and your country?”
That was a wake up call. I quickly adjusted my to do list for the day!

This looks great. We do not have such a custom, but I like it.
You do have some thoughtful neighbors out there.
I believe it is a good thing and it’s fun because you never really know who left it.

There is famous hadith of Holy Prophet Muahmmad (PBUH) that promote gifting each other, It increases the love and harmony.
