Fruits for good health

Do you believe that fruits can give us good health when eaten properly and regularly? The physician in our family always reminds us of having fruits in the dining table for the nutritional value that we can get from it. Citrus fruits give vitamin C, banana is for the potassium that will make the knees strong.

However, there is also a warning on eating fruits. An example is the orange which is not good for an acidic stomach. Mango which is very sweet is not good for diabetics. Take note that grapes is bad for the kidneys of dogs so maybe eating too many grapes can also have a bad effect on us. But generally, fruits are good to eat for its nutritional contents.
