Real friends are there for us. They are good for our health as well. Friends can help us be in a good mood. They can help us, but they can also be beneficial to our health. Research at Oxfod says we should meet friends at least twice a week. People who have more friends and who often see friends are less ill. Friends make our lives less stressful. They make our lives beautiful.
