Photographers know that sometimes insignificant things can be interesting subjects for black and white photography. Often I have found forgotten things that have urged me to take a picture. Such things, especially if they are old, remind us of forgotten stories. Such an object is the one in the photo I chose for today. She reminds me of childhood and my grandfather.

No idea, some type of saw for trees perhaps.
It looks like a chainsaw to me!
Correction – I don’t mean chainsaw, I should have said circular saw!
