Fix the mood

We all know those days when we are relaxing, the sun shines through the window and on the way to work we laugh and value life just as it is. But even those who regularly meditate and work on their mental health, happen the days when the sound of alarm in the morning is equal to terror, with the first opening of the eyes due to the flash of all the problems and obligations of that day, and even the finest cup of coffee can not save them from the thought of how the day is already at the beginning of the day condemned to failure. Instead of staying with your mobile phone next morning, after opening your eyes, checking your e-mails, Facebook or listening to Instagram, devise your sweet routines that will make your day everyday the best in life.

5 minutes for breathing, 5 minutes for stretching, 5 minutes to enjoy, a few minutes for breakfast, a few minutes for fresh air, a moment or two for gratitude. When you wake up, take a few seconds to think of all the beautiful things that you have in your life and the dear people around you and whom you trust. Trust us to make you feel better at the same moment! In this way you will have a healthy body and mind and you will feel fulfilled.

  1. Many things can help alter our moods. If I sing on singsnap when I feel not quite so lively, it picks up my mood a lot. Medicating can help with thee mood too.
