As we all known, Halloween is celebrated mostly in English speaking country. Thus, we never celebrate here.
Me myself met the festival during my trip to New Zealand without a plan.
The kids walked around within the community with nice clothing, ask for “Treat or Trick”. The adults opened the door and treated them some sweets usually for not getting trick! 🙂
So excited me seeing them with such nice clothing and happy to celebrate the Halloween!

I don’t celebrate Halloween, though we attended some celebrations, like Halloween parade in the shopping mall before. I usually just tell stories and do some activities about Halloween with my kids.
We don’t buy such custumes, not really remember to celebrate most of the time.
We didn’t buy costumes either. There were just some activities during each festival, such as Halloween, Mid-Autumn Festivals, Chinese New Year and Christmas held in the shopping mall nearby. We would just go there and join for fun.
We don’t really go shopping mall during the festival since it’s crowded. Feel so sorry with my kids. 😛
I think it’s actually good for kids not to go to crowded places. We used to go when my eldest was younger, and there aren’t really many people in the shopping mall nearby my house, as it’s not one of the major shopping malls here.
Love Halloween and enjoy it when the kids come to my door dressed in costumes
Those costumes are super nice and cute.
My kids like to wear costumes but I am not a fan of this holiday.
Me too, since being tricked for not treating them..haha!
My roommate loses her mind over Halloween
sorry? what happened to her?
She gets very excited about the kids and their costumes
Haha, great! Enjoyed it !
yeah, I think she likes Halloween better than xmas
We do not celebrate Halloween in our country … just what kind of bar organizes a party
really? may I know which country are you from?
No kids around here but the holiday lives on.
Phillipine right, dear?
No even here Malaysia.
Halloween is not a part of our tradition, but kids are the same everywhere- they like costumes and masquerades. So, when they have any happening that involves the costume, I make it for them. 🙂
Same over here, our kids don’t play with pumpkin. 😛
Oh, great mum of you for making them the costume.
Thanks. 🙂 We all enjoy this: me, while making and kids while wearing costumes. 🙂
welcome, I think the kids enjoy it very much and good memory for both of you.
I don’t celebrate that but it does seems like fun!!
Yes, it’s fun for the kids for sure, for an adult, we need to prepare some sweets.
