I do not love this sleep tracker! I hope that it is very wrong. Last night it said I got 3 hours of light sleep and 37 minutes of deep sleep.
My doctor’s solution is to conduct an experiment today. I decided to twist it all into my resolution choices. (I don’t need to complicate things.)
Today I will get my 10,000 steps. I will not eat after noon, which is the norm for me so that shouldn’t be hard. What is a huge change is no water or tea after 3:00 pm. That is extreme. Still I will do what she asks.
Tonight I will get one sip of water to take a prescription sleep medication and see if that makes a difference. She is encouraging me to be extremely active today as well.
I guess it makes sense to try and figure it all out. She is the professional.
