Before I started my weigh-loss journey, I loved having snacks in the afternoon and in the evening. And I do it more whenever I am feeling sad or stressed-out. I usually have all kinds of bread, chips, chocolates, and fast food items like burgers, french fries, and pizza. I can finish a whole pizza in one sitting. I’ve lived an unhealthy lifestyle before which made me really regret later on. But now, I am happy that I have self-control. I have been on dirty Keto for almost 3 months now and I already have lost some weight. Yes, it’s slow progress, but still, it’s progress. And whenever I am feeling hungry, I just have nuts for snacks.
