Each one of us has a favorite dish. My favorite is a cabbage with sour milk. It’s just enough to think of those crabs and I already feel the smell and taste.
- 4-5 cabbage ties
- 300-400 g of ground meat
- 1 head of the onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of rice
- salt,
- pepper, ale pepper
- 1 glass of sour milk
- 2 yolks
Preparation
- Remove the cabbage leaves from the cabbage and sprinkle with hot water.
- Make a fillet of other ingredients (except for sour milk and yolk) and sprinkle with garlic. Put them in a lubricated earthenware bowl (or a wider sherpa), pour water, salt a little, and cook for a low heat for about half an hour, while the water almost does not get caught.
- Warm sour milk with yolks and a little water, pour over the hazelnuts and squeeze in the oven to rinse. It is served with sour milk.

Hmm… not sure I dare to try it with sour milk, I’d like it if its serve without it!
Anyway thanks for the share! Really interesting dish!
It can also be without sour milk, but it tastes more refreshing
Have never had this dish but I would probably like it. I have many favorites. Lasagna, baked eggplant, roast and potatoes, grilled salmon, hash brown casserole, and of course cheesecake!
A good choice of favorites, try to get some sleep
