Favorite food

Each one of us has a favorite dish. My favorite is a cabbage with sour milk. It’s just enough to think of those crabs and I already feel the smell and taste.

  • 4-5 cabbage ties
  • 300-400 g of ground meat
  • 1 head of the onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of rice
  • salt,
  • pepper, ale pepper
  • 1 glass of sour milk
  • 2 yolks

Preparation

  1. Remove the cabbage leaves from the cabbage and sprinkle with hot water.
  2. Make a fillet of other ingredients (except for sour milk and yolk) and sprinkle with garlic. Put them in a lubricated earthenware bowl (or a wider sherpa), pour water, salt a little, and cook for a low heat for about half an hour, while the water almost does not get caught.
  3. Warm sour milk with yolks and a little water, pour over the hazelnuts and squeeze in the oven to rinse. It is served with sour milk.

  2. Have never had this dish but I would probably like it. I have many favorites. Lasagna, baked eggplant, roast and potatoes, grilled salmon, hash brown casserole, and of course cheesecake!
