We have all been told we should eat our vegetables. I like vegetables, and can eat them as a meal without any meat. I especially like fresh vegetables. We always had a fresh garden growing up and there is nothing like fresh vegetables from the garden to the table. Vegetables are very healthy but there are also myths out there you may not be aware of. It is good to research and know more about what you eat.

  1. Great poll, we all need to eat more veggies. I wish they were readily available here. You can go to the grocery stores to buy them but they do not taste like anything, picked to green, and not good. I have to wait for our occasional fruit market.

  2. I am an extremely picky eater…I don’t like vegetables (except potatoes which are not low carb). I can have spinach but only if I have it in a smoothie and disguise the taste with other tastes. I know it’s not very healthy….but I am doing a carnivore diet.
