Facial exercises for under eye bags and dark circles

Many women and men are worried about bags under their eyes and try numerous creams and potions to reduce the bags. However, some simple under the eyes exercises may help prevent and reduce puffiness, under-eye and dark circles. Here are a few simple tips to help you with this exercise.

1) Make yourself comfortable. You can sit or stand as long as you feel relaxed. Standing or sitting in front of a mirror will help you to see as you do your exercises to remove the bags under your eyes.

2) Take 5 deep breaths and exhale slowly each time. This relaxes your body and the face muscles. Your facial

3) Using two fingers firmly place them at your temple on one side of the eyes.If you wish you can use two fingers from both hands to do both eyes at the same time.

4) Gently press your fingers into the temple and push in toward your hair line and hold for 5 seconds. Release and repeat. If you are doing one side of your face at a time, you can alternate. Do this about 10 times.

5) Continue these exercises daily and within days to a few weeks you could begin to notice the difference. To effectively remove dark circles under your eyes or to remove bags under your eyes.
