Last week I submitted a post on a something that happened here and found that the post never saw the light of day. I checked to see if it had been pushed back to drafts, no it wasn’t there either. Weird!
My post was about how after all the problems Virily had with the ‘create button’ here I was awarded a 2 year button. I haven’t been here for more than six months maybe 7 at the most.
However, now my worry is that’ the post just went missing.’ I really don’t know if my other posts have gone missing too. I don’t usually store them. I just keep writing them and posting them as it seems fit.
I used the same title for this post as the original one. Let’s see if this will see the light. I will have a screenshot this one for good measure.

To clarify further the two year button appeared on the same day that the create button came back.
I agree Grace, but the rules should be the same for everyone about what we can write or not. I am not complaining because one of my posts has gone missing , I want to let them know that there are still some glitches in the system.
I just read someone’s post about the same issue.
Yes, I mentioned this to doc and he had posted about this problem, My post was approved three days later.
Something similar has not happened to me yet. It’s really a little weird.

Hmm .. I wonder why Virily delays looking into these issues.
It is possible that they have the discretion to publish or not some posts they think may not be helpful to the site’s image. Never had a post go missing and have not yet wrote a post about Virily
Maybe, but if they let is know these things we would stick to the rules and report the issue.
No doubt, communication is of utmost importance on a site like this.
I agree with you completely Glorydaze, Communication with the community , not just individuals is a must on a site like this.
Congratulatons. I can understand getting a bonus for whatever reason but elevating your stay here as being 2 years is incredible. Atleast if you got the verified status that would have been better.
One of my posts was not published but it did not get back to the draft section either. That post was about talking about what was happening at Virily. I understood and accepted it. One post getting deleted of the 330 is OK.

My post was irrelevant at the time it would have got published as it was waiting in the pending list for days (lol)
I would think they just wanted to delay it. I am surprised that they allow so,me people to post about problems here while others have their posts removed.
I have no issues really because of 330 plus posts just getting one deleted is OK.
You are forgetting one thing Those posts that you see are written by verified users and those posts do not get moderated.

the bad news is I’ve heard several authors mention this. Wait a day or so and check your drafts folder.

Doc, I am writing this after ten days. Earlier I had a feeling that one of my posts did go missing but then I wasn’t so sure. With this one I was pretty sure because I was taking about the extra credit Virily gave me.
sorry I didn’t understand the time frame. I’ve heard this issue before. But I thought it had been fixed more than two years ago.

i sent this issue to the admin team (a link to your post and my post) i do wonder why they changed you to multi-year.
what was the time frame of the change? before or after the create button issue…
