Times have changed for me – pun intended. From just a wristwatch and a wall clock I have my time being monitored at every nook and corner.
We have two wall clocks in the hall, then there are mobiles calling for attention, not to speak of the computer clock that stares at me and so also the television timer . I have done away with that time piece in the kitchen, a wall clock in the passage upstairs and a time piece in the bedroom has been removed. I no longer wear a watch.
I am kind of stifled with so much control over my time.

Are you also loaded with clocks, time pieces et al?

Yes

No

I don’t have a watch now too after having the handphone.
The only advantage of having a watch is that you do not have to open your purse to see the time.
It’s true, I just get my old watch replaced battery, but it doesn’t work well.sigh!
I removed many hours. I have one in the living room, and I no longer wear watches.
Watches have no demand these days unless they are packed with additiomal features.
I think these time pieces rule my life, I am always having to watch out for keeping appointments and being on time, from sun up to sun down the clock rules.
Despite having mobiles and computer time keepers one cannot do without time pieces. I agree with you
Yes I am and mostly because I have a passion for unusual clocks and collect them.
I can understand that. How many do you have?
I have about 20 or so.
I use a wristwatch every day, I wish I could live without time worries.
In a way a watch is better than checking time on a mobile as it is not handy sometimes.
We have a clock in almost every room. I don’t use a wristwatch anymore ever since I have my mobile phone.
As I have commented elsewhere the manufacturers have included features in wrist watches so that they are bought such as monitoring one’s blood pressure (lol)
Yes, nowadays there are lots of features added in the watch. As I don’t need to use these features, though they are good to have, I don’t get a watch yet. Nowadays I always use my phone.
In our living room, there are 4 clocks that I can see even without moving my seat.
You wll have a lot of work. Changing batteries could be one such activity regularly
Who told you myself, I also have a watch every step of the way … without a watch, I just can’t … I have it on my hand night and day I only go down when I clean it well
I do not wear a wristwatch any more. It is just lying in the cupboard.
I have gotten rid of many clocks.
We do not need them any more with mobiles and the pc being there.
Do all the clocks indicate the same time??
It never used to when I had them all but now I have just two and they do show the correct time.
I said goodbye to Time piece long time ago , I use my smartphone for alarm.
I have needed an alarm. My biological clock does that for me (lol)
I have alarms on my phone for everything.
That is a good thing that you have reduced less ‘watching’
No that’s right, there’s no need to wear a watch these days. I did used to wear a watch years ago, so should really get another one. But now I use my mobile phone to check the time.
Now watch manufacturers have come out with other features in watches just so that they stay in business.
