I’ve mentioned in my previous post that I’ve bought some instant ramen with the payment I received from Virily.
Today, we actually cooked one of them to try how it taste!
Hmm… it doesn’t taste overly good but doesn’t taste bad too … I’d say, average. I find the noodles a little on the thin side and less chewy than I expected (but of course could be due to the cooking time). The soup is fragrance but slightly saltish.
I’d give it a 6.5 or 7 out of 10.
I tried making eggs with “runny” yolk but failed … I think I boiled it for too long. Next time I’ll shorten the boiling time!

I don’t eat pasta. It may be tasty but I’ll only take the boiled egg.

I used to eat a lot of noodle, not the instant kind though. I liked it cooked the Malaysian styles though. I prefer the thinner varieties.
I’m curious… what is the Malaysian ramen style like?
I usually prefers slightly thicker ramen (like normal instant noodles size) …
but if the thin noodles are springy enough, I’m fine with them :p
my favorite is to add smoked oysters, Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce and chili garlic. I also chop up some garlic, leeks, habaneros and two eggs

I’m not sure if you’ve tried before, try the Korean ramen! Try to Kimchi one if you can take it! Not awfully spicy but OISHI!!

I enjoy all kinds of noodles and ramen. Just plain is good with butter.

I am not much into noodles. It is only when we have nothing else that we cook them and so very very rarely.
Oh, I’m the opposite, I love noodles!
I sometimes will have sudden craving for them :p
