It has been eighty years since the world was introduced to white chocolate. The world also fell in love with milk and dark chocolate and it was like heaven on earth. Now we are all being introduced to pink chocolate known as “ruby”. This brand new chocolate all decked out in pink has a unique smoothness and a kind of berry taste.
It was developed from the ruby cocoa bean which produces a rosy cocoa powder. Working with this pink concoction the Swiss manufacturer was able to develop the berry taste of the bean and preserve its natural soft-pink tone. To this, no artificial flavors or coloring are added.
This new style of chocolate is especially for those who want something new exciting and with a different kind of flavor. There are chocolate lovers who look at this type of chocolate skeptically but others cannot wait to taste it.

I hear about pink chocolate for the first time. I would gladly try it.
That’s awesome! I have tried making green chocolate using matcha powder.
Never heard of pink but I love white and dark.
I really like chocolate so I’m one of the skeptics …. for me chocolate is just milk chocolate … I don’t eat white or black chocolate
I have always liked the white chocolate by Lindt.
