The 2020 English Football Association Cup will be played at Wembley Stadium today between London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea. Both teams had tremendous wins in the semifinals with Arsenal defeating Manchester City and with Chelsea defeating Manchester United.
This match is extremely important for Arsenal because they need to win in order to qualify for the Europa League next season. If they do not win, then they will not be able to draw star talent to their team. Plus, other stars may decide to leave in the offseason.
For Chelsea, this win would be the icing on the top of a remarkable season. Since the team was not allowed to bring in new players due to violating the Fair Play Policy, many experts picked Chelsea to not even finish in the Top 10. However, they clinched a Champions League spot. Also, they have the lead on all of the soccer teams in the world by already acquiring Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech for next season.
The match will be played at 12:30 PM EST on ESPN+.

I like Chelsea and I want Frank Lampard to win the title as he is English and a Chelsea legend!!! Can you tell me how Chelsea and Arsenal defeated United and City??? Many people from the north of England would be expecting a Manchester derby. I prefer a derby from London. I love London. This proves money is not everything in sport. Chelsea defeated United by attacking with their wing players. Arsenal used City’s own tactics against them by pressuring the central defenders and causing big mistakes near the box. Arsenal own 2-1. Chelsea had some weird substitutions. Willian could not play because Chelsea did not extend his contract. He played Kovacic instead of Kante and Kovacic ended up getting a red card. Pulisic scored Chelsea’s goal, but he had to leave the game in the 49th minute with an injury. Arsenal really wanted the win so that they could play in the Europa League next season.
So sad, I really wanted Lampard to win this trophy. I hope he can be the manager of Chelsea for many more years but it is very difficult to win the English League with teams like Manchester City and Liverpool.
He will have a chance next year because they are adding Werner and Ziyech. Plus, Abramovich is about to open up his pockets again.
Are these Werner and Ziyech outstanding??? It would be great if Chelsea wins the league again albeit I like Liverpool too. The manager of Liverpool is a genius
