I live in a stressed filled home on a completely normal day. Hospice workers in and out is a challenge. Some of them just take charge and take care of things and others just hang out unless you say “Please help me do this.” My brother hates that it has to happen at all. He does much better if they just come, do what needs to be done and leave. He doesn’t want to have anyone giving directions.
Then we have the Alzheimer and me, with my not so good mood. So when I saw these stress balls I knew I had to have them. So I ordered them.
In the mean time I am doing short bursts of exercise to try and fight the stress.
