Eat too hot food

Eating too hot, too raw, too fast, is taboo, prone to burns or scratches of esophageal mucosa. Under normal circumstances, the esophageal mucosal epithelium will heal on its own, but if the mucosal epithelium is regularly stimulated and repeated, it is susceptible to some morphologically abnormal “malformed” cells and function.

Over time, it may gradually become malignant, and eventually may turn into cancer cells.

Therefore, to prevent esophageal cancer, do not overheat (foods 70-80 degrees Celsius or higher), such as freshly brewed tea, boiled soups and cooked fried foods.
