Pecans contain gama-tochopherols, a kind of vitamin E that works to keep bad LDL cholesterol from clogging your arteries with plaque. In a test, it was discovered that people who ate 3 ounces of pecans had their bad LDL levels reduced by 33%.

  1. I believe there is more vitamin C in other fruits than apple. I do eat a bit of seafood, but not much but loads of veggies and fruits.
