Duck eggs for stamina

I don’t know if it is true that eating duck egg is good for the stamina. Athletes in the olden days eat the balut, it is the duck egg with embryo inside that is rich in protein and probably cholesterol too. But duck eggs are still popular and very brisk in sales.

Compared to the chicken egg the duck egg is bigger and has thicker and harder shell. They say that boiling the duck egg requires 3 times longer than boiling the chicken egg. It’s nice to know some things to ponder on about the duck eggs.
