There was a neighbor mingle yesterday afternoon. It was just a few minutes to chate and try Kim’s frozen chocolate drinks.
The one I tried was fantastic. It had mint in it. I picked that one because mint reduces cortisol. (I need to do that to reduce stress.)
Here is how she made it. She took four ounces of coconut milk, 1 TBS chia seeds, 1 TBS cocoa powder, fresh mint and 3/4 cup ice. Toss it in the blender until it’s smooth.
It was delightful. There were other choices. I hope she does it again because I want to try a different one.
