My wife was bit scared when she removed the curtain of the window overlooking our front lawn. She called me and asked me to do something as she thought there was a cub sleeping in front of the window of our living room.
I was bit amused but soon found out that at was a cat that came from some other locality since I saw no pet cat in our neighborhood.
The cat wandered around our house for about 5-6 hours and then went away. Do you guys feel like her fear was genuine. I am sure we had never seen any pet cat as big as she was. What do you say?

I see why you probably do not have pets in your home. Are they giving cats steroids Down Under?
At first glance I thought it was a dog but with your next picture I saw a very big and long cat. But not a wild cat… I think your wife was right in being scared with this sizeable looking cat…even though it seems very happy and tame…
i would say you wife should express her fear if she is scared.
That is one huge cat, the color and the markings may have scared her.
