Do you think Virily riased the word limit?

Recently, I kept having my posts send back to draft due to too limit words… Which got me thinking, “Has Virily raise the word limit?”

Well, I always try to hit a minimum of 150 characters for quizzes and polls and 300 words for Story. But my posts got rejected. I have been writing this amount of characters all the while but only got rejected now, so it got me thinking that maybe the word limit is raise, but I wasn’t aware…

Is it only me who wasn’t aware? Did I miss some annonucement regarding this?

    • Oh, is that so? oops… I still in version 1.0 then when I first started, it was 150 and I’ve been sticking to that till, well recently they started rejecting…

But anyway, I did ask the admin about it and they did not mention anything about 180 word limit… they said something else which I kinda have to guess the meaning.

      • Okay, I just checked the FAQ and the minimum isn’t called out there. Somebody wrote a post which listed all the requirements for each type of post but I can’t remember who or what the title was…

At any rate, 180 works for me. I seem to recall having a post rejected because there wasn’t enough characters in the first section, even though there were over a thousand total in the whole post

        • Hmm… probably hard to find that post (with the word limit) out now… but I’d up my minimum to 180 then … it’s not that difficult 🙂 But I do think it might have to do with something else… (just my guess!)

Anyway, what do you mean by “first section”? I don’t quite get that.

    • Thank you for your respond 🙂

Hmm I asked the admin regarding polls instead … I got my own conclusion regarding their “new requirements” but I won’t be openly discussing them. I’m afraid of causing doubts and chaos
