At the moment Im sleeping better but when it was 27-28 degrees C with 90% humidity and mosquitoes around, I was hardly sleeping at all. However, its improved and cooler at night. Summer is often a differcult time in Auckland New Zealand
The heat can break the dream
I don’t get to sleep much. My have an over active imagination which doesn’t give me much rest. I do need to learn the art of rest. Thank you for sharing this reminder!

I like to sleep, yes, but I don’t feel I get enough of it. I go to bed early in the week as I have to get up at 6am for work. But I don’t get 8 hours. I usually get about 6 or 7 hours.
I used to get up at 4 in the morning because I worked for 5 hours. Now I do not work and I sleep longer
