WhatsAround is an App where you can earn through mobile photography. The App seems okay and the layout is fine. As a beginner I am at level 1 right now so I can upload 3 images in a day for time being but as I post more and earn more points (called Wows) I would be promoted to next level and could post more per day.
As much I know a member becomes a WhatsArounder after sometime but when, I have yet to find out. By the way you can post only what photos you take from your phone and earn money too. The App is available in Play Store!

I have heard about it but have not tried it.

It sounds a good app. I will try it when I get a smartphone with a higher pixels.
