In this pandemic we get to hear announcements on tv and elsewhere that one should not touch one’s face, nose, ………in order not to spread the disease.
I find it extremely difficult to follow that protocol but instead I keep washing my hands umpteen number of times in the day a ritual again,that is not so easy.
Despite all these rules we see spikes everywhere much too much even after lockdown.

I agree. I find it hard to control myself not to touch my eyes.
I feel as though there is sweat on my face and I tend to wipe it off often!!
I have always avoided it outside because I am a bit of a germaphobe, but I do touch my face a lot when I am at home.
Good you have trained yourself but I am still struggling
