Not everyone likes cabbage but this salad is delicious
Cabbage needs to be shredded and marinated in salt for a while. It is then squeezed out and the water is not used.
The dressing is prepared from curds. The curds is whipped to which a good helping of mustard paste is added with a touch of sugar ad thoroughly mixed.
Onion rings, and chopped coriander leaves give it a finishing touch A chopped green chilli is added if one wants the salad to be a bit spicy.
