Dawn
It was a hot sunny day and the midday heat could easily make people faint from exhaustion. We had to trudge across the unending lawns of this campus and it was a delight to see the deer taking rest under the shade of the trees, however it was strange to see a couple of them sitting directly under the sun. We took a cue from them and stood for a while in the shade before we moved on.
The deer didn’t seem to be afraid of us the continued lying down as if nothing strange happened. One of them seemed to be heavily pregnant. Her stomach looked really huge. We noticed that there was plenty of water placed in tubs in the shade for these lovely animals to drink.

Its been long time never seen deer in open area . eg Jungle
Being in the city these sights are rare for me as well. So I enjoy these scenes when I see them.
I think the deer is one of the sweetest, most gentle creatures the Lord hath made.
Absolutely, They are indeed the sweetest and the most timid of creatures.
I’m home in the countryside and there are many deer all around me …. but I rarely find deer
Maybe you need to take a walk in the woods. I love watching these creatures.
