Dance ~ Alphabet Crazy

I am not a dancer, and I don’t really know how to dance, but I always think it’s joyful to dance, even just simply follow the music and move our body. In these recent years, I have read that there are lots of benefits of dancing. One of them is to reduce stress. I have also read that it’s good to add 10 minute dancing to our morning routine, and it might help us to have a better day.
