Today, during my walk, I have collected these beautiful little flowers – violets. I think it’s the right choice for Kim’s challenge. Violet is a spring plant, for which few people know that it can also be a medicinal plant. Violet grows in wet and shady places. From the end of February to the end of April, individual purple-blue flowers to whitish flowers flourish. For medicinal purposes, the whole plant is useful. In folk medicine, fragrant violet used to treat respiratory diseases and intestinal inflammations. Later scientific research confirmed the healing powers of its ingredients. The plant calms the inflammation, relieves pain and relieves expectoration, so it is used to release mucus in the respiratory tract, reduce fever and relieve pain in general.

Such gorgeous captures!
Thank you … Nice and healing
These are wild with a very strong aroma. I love herbs and I prefer them to the medicine.
I prefer to try with herbs first, but then they are on the line of medicine
I often have violets in my garden, the tiny flowers are often hidden but I do love them and they smell lovely
Even in my garden are violets, and that each year more.
I should do something with lavenders…
I agree. There are many things that can be done, I’m still learning ?
I am thinking about art, you’re probably thinking about tea…
You are right. ? We are thinking about each one in his own direction. I think that you will again do something fantastic.
to each their own, I always say…
Those flowers do say spring. Lovely.
Thank you very much for your comment
Beautiful flowers with great benefits! I really believe in the efficacy of medicinal plants!
I, too, first try with flowers only afterward with medication
That’s great! I am happy to pay attention to the plants around me and what the ingredients and properties they have, who knows I or someone needs them.
I agree. So I pick them up and save them for the time I need them.
Beautiful flowers you found on your walk.
Than you so much, Carol. On the walk, we can find many nice things ?

I am a huge fan of the healing power of the world around me. Thank you again for taking us on your walk!!!!
You are always welcome on my walks. I’m glad you enjoy my walks. I always try out the healing power of nature first, then I decide for medicines.
I’ve been doing a mix like that (natural first) for a while. I feel a lot better.
