COVID-19 related exercises

With the lockdown there are several restrictions when it comes to exercising.  It is quite stifling for those who have used the outdoors for their morning walk or have been jogging  As we all know jogging and walking are the best exercises and sadly we are deprived of this activity. 

Worry not.  You can still get the desired exercise by running in place as shown in the image, indoors.  Then there is yet another way and that is to climb one step, get down one step and repeat this as many times and as fas as you can.   

If there is a will, there is way  What say?
