The best corn on the cob for me is the corn that was harvested here. We have a little corn plantation in the community. Since we helped in the planting so we partake in the harvest. Newly harvested corn when boiled are so sweet

I love corn on the sweet corn or any corn on the cob
in the summer we put the corn on the cob (still in the husk) on the grill and let it cook that way. It is a big thing in Indiana!
I love it roasted, a wee bit charred too.
