When I made the roast for dinner tonight I used this digital thermometer for test it out. It worked great and it read the temp of the meat in seconds. I like that is is long so it can get right to the middle of the meat. I did pock the meat 4 or 5 times and each time I got the same reading. I like that it comes in a reusable plastic case that you can keep it in to keep it clean and in good shape. It is good quality and durable. You can also use this for cold stuff as well.
