Communicating with ourselves and others

To give tips, critical insights, and gems of opinion need gently, easy, with love as if waving an angel’s feather. Otherwise, you can injure and ruin, and we have no right to deal so with another person.

Another lesson to be learned – being on the other side of the barricades, to learn to embrace all that avalanche of advice, to distinguish where the vainglorious ego giggles, and where the truth was spoken by others.

But the hardest part is agreeing with ourselves so that when dealing with self-criticism, we always first confess our love for ourselves. That we would do it not encouraged by idleness, but rather preventively, trying to protect ourselves from the excessively acidic self-criticism, after which all the wings descend. We need to be gentle with ourselves.

I wish it all you – that angelic easiness in communicating with ourselves and others.
