The tall graceful hollyhocks familiar sight in my garden. I place them right at the back corner of my garden. These plants are easy to grow and care for. I never buy seeds as these plants provide a good quantity of seeds themselves.
I try to propagate most of my plants myself either by seeds cutting or tubers. I like to avoid buying seeds and plants unnecessarily. Pink is my favorite color.

I have nostalgic memories of this stately plant and the beautiful flowers.
There was a time I never bought seeds but one needs to be careful and alert while collecting one’s own from their garden and that is what we lacked.
If we leave the seeds on they rot in the rain or we have spider mites here that ensure that they won’t germinate.
Lovely flowers. I like them in all shades of pink.
I love the whites too.
My neighbor always grew these beautiful flowers.
I actually got the seeds from my neighbor .
