4. I thought it was campanula persicifolia. I saw this while searching for my Japanese bell flowers.

5. It is a lovely shade of blue, indigo. I have used these in wedding flower arrangements but right now for the life of me, cannot think of the name. The ones I last used were a pale pink in color but the same flower. I will come back if I can remember.
