My friend has made my day once again. Each birthday and Christmas, she mails a package to me from Australia. We met through a support group for parents who lost their child to suicide. About 15 years ago we met online and have been friends since.
I hope to meet her one day. In the meantime, we email and send cards and gifts. One of these gifts is actually from Japan. She travels a lot and picks up things for me as she sees something I might like.
Very special to have such a friend with a common bond.
