  1. I love Chinese food. However, the commercial Chinese food here is not all true Chinese food. I was lucky to work at the university here where we had visitors from around the world and got to try some of their home cooked foods from their countries: China, Thailand, India, Belgium, Great Britain, etc.

  2. Chinese food is really funny in the US. we often label Cantonese food as chinese. But the remainder of the styles are sold as a type of Cantonese food (Hunan, and so on). But I love making chinese food at home!!!
