Yes this is a Mexican (Fried) Cheesecake.. again. I get it every now and then when I eat Mexican. I eat a small lunch or dinner to save room. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert. Who knew it would be so good at a Mexican restaurant. Trust me, this one is. Crunchy (fried) on the outside, cheesecake filling, vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate syrup and honey drizzled.. and whipped cream. Oh my I know this is not healthy but I could not help myself.

Looks good! I may have to make a low carb cheese cake sometime soon because it sounds tasty right now after seeing this!

I like flan, and creme brule or even plain custard with maple syrup and whipped cream. Milk and eggs!
Creme brule is good to me but not a fan of custard as much as cheesecake.
My favorite is anything with caramel lol. Really my favorite is Andy’s frozen custard lol

Well, I prefers cold desserts – bubble tea if you consider it one (it’s more of a beverage though) or Tiramisu!! And of course cheesecake!!
For hot one I love a Chinese dessert call Dao Suan and Or Nee (Yam Paste).
I am so sorry! I rarely go out to eat. Had to run errands today and could not pass it up.
