Change can be frightening, especially if we feel like we have no control over the changes that are happening. On the other hand, some changes are welcomed and expected, like spring.
Perhaps the key to embracing change is to truly treat it as a season. Nothing lasts in the same form forever. Anything that lasts must adapt.
What would happen if we took took a leap of faith with the changes over which we have no control? what if we looked at it as a season that could come, go and evolve?

Many years ago I read Frank Herberts wonderful Dune Series. There was a philosophy used by the Bene Gesserit, “fear is a little death,” it has stuck with me ever since.
My brother says that all the time. He watches that series often. (Well he sleeps through part of everything he watches.)
Well it is a magical show (and books) the movie was well, bad at best.
