Last March 5th, we’ve celebrated my parents’ 42nd wedding anniversary. My younger sister and I have decided to take them out for lunch at Zubuchon in SM Southmall – Las Pinas City. We’ve ordered for bitter gourd with dried fish on top, Bicol express ( a stew made from coconut milk, chilies, pork, shrimp paste, onion and garlic), Pinakbet ( made of pork and vegetables like eggplant, okra and squash) and sisig (made from chicken liver and parts of pig head). Then we had some coffee at Starbucks afterwards. Gladly, my parents really enjoyed the food.
