I decided to make another contribution to Ileana’s challenges. Carnival time is approaching so I’ll show you a carnival costume from the very famous Carnival of Venice. The costumes are extremely ornate and vibrant in color. Venetian Carnival masks are a specialty in the world. Masks have been a part of the city for many centuries and as such are known around the world. Rich masks are often handmade and are a real eye-catcher. The Venetian masks have an interesting history, as in the past the Venetians did not just wear them for the lean. In their daily lives, they were allowed to be anonymous and do many odds. I took this picture at last year’s Carnival in a nearby town. Now my question. Do you guess the color of the dress the lady is wearing?

The colour is green but only because I have seen your last article. I thought about buying a mask for Carnival so that making believe I had coronavirus but perhaps the joke is no longer funny because people are dying

Now that is a cool looking mask. As far as the color of the dress I’d say its maybe pink or purple
