Care to Guess These Berries?

Another photo of berries from my garden. These remain year round and the birds love them. That should be a good hint for some of you perhaps.

I love seeing these bright red berries and the dark green leaves. Very nice this time of year especially.

More little things to share with you and with the Nature Tuesday challenge. Enjoy the little things, nature has much to share with you all, and it is all free. Just take the time to look around. You might be surprised at what you have been missing.

  1. Those are smooth holly leaves, whereas most varieties have prickly leaves.

I was told yesterday that many Americans confuse holly with mistletoe. They are not the same at all – mistletoe has white berries and very different leaves.
