Our Europe package involved seven countries. After we landed in London from India we took the Euro Star to get to Belgium and from then on it was by bus from one country to another.
We took the bus from Brussels to Rotterdam. The next leg was from Rotterdam to Germany, from Germany to Switzerland, from Switzerland to Italy, back to Switzerland. From Switzerland it was to France the leg last leg.
I was amazed that we could travel from one country to another by bus I was thinking of all those rules, checking our passport, spending hours to clear baggage and stuff. Nothing of the kind was experienced at the Border. It hardly took a few minutes as the agent handled it all for us.
The bus we travelled was sleek with all amenities including a toilet. The driver was friendly and we were advised not to stand while on the move.

I did that in 1982, from England to Belgium and Germany and back- it was simply done
We did the London – Brussels by train -Euro Star.
I haven’t traveled by bus yet. Your trip must have been fantastic.
It was truly memorable passing through various sights.
Never travelled far by bus.
On package tours that is how travel is done when it comes to countries that are not so far away
I’ve been doing this kind of work for 10 years, dear Grace …. driving tourists all over Europe
So you know exactly what I am talking about. It is a nice experience.
Of course I know … it was my job … a beautiful but very responsible job, dear Grace
The one who drove us around was an Italian and a very nice and perfect gentleman
Most bus drivers are very kind and gentle gentlemen, dear friend
Seems you had a nice trip. travelling by bus allow us to know the other countries better than when we travel by plane
There is always the running commentary from the guide or the driver.
Sounds like you really enjoyed your trip. , that is wonderful.
Group tours are always enjoyable
Wow, travelling from one country to another by bus? I hope you didn’t get too tired or bored sitting on a spot for too long.
Those buses were so smooth and hours just passed off.
That’s great. Good you had fun, then.
