Burned 213K Calories on a Sunday morning.

Author’s Note: This was supposed to be posted last Sunday (December 1). I thought I have already submitted it until I saw this post on my Draft.

I haven’t been regular on my walking exercise lately. According to the Health App that I am using, my walking activity declined by 18% since October. Today, I followed the basic exercise plan suggested by the App. It’s a combination of brisk walk and jogging alternatively.

The longest set for jogging was supposed to be four minutes. I wasn’t able to complete the four minutes. But I know next time, I will be able to do it.

By the end of the exercise, I covered 3.29  KM in 31 minutes, with an average pace of 9 minutes and 19 seconds per kilometer and I burned 213 Kcal.

Next time, I plan to cover 4 km in 30 minutes.  By the end of the week, my goal is to cover 5 km in 30 minutes.

I wonder how much calories will burn next time.
