Broiled fish

One of our favorite food is broiled fish. Aside from being healthy, fish here is cheaper than meat and it is easy to cook. The fish in the picture are cooked on charcoal for only 30 minutes, that is 15 minutes on each side. It would be juicy when served on the table.

Fish is usually fried but the physician in our family said that broiled fish is better as long as you don’t put in too much salt. But for us, we never season the fish with salt. Just adding tomato and onions for the filling before broiling. I guess our broiled fish is healthier because of the no-salt recipe.
