I don’t about all the others, but I know there are some people who are here that read and write from the heart. I find that so inspiring. I read this post by Windy Grace and it reminded me of why I started writing in the first place. My mother taught me to journal before I could read or write. Those are treasure that no one can take from me. It has also been a way to keep me from making the same mistakes over and over (sometimes).
Life lessons are important. Those who are willing to openly share are rare and wonderful people.
One of the life lessons that I hold close to my heart is that respect is a gift that is freely given. No one has to earn my respect. The only way it is lost is by behaviors that people refuse to be accountable for. Sadly some have lost my respect.
