Breakfast

The egg for breakfast or any other daily meal has been popular for decades because of its high nutritional and energy value. You can eat it cooked, “on the eye” but also alive. Crude eggs are the healthiest! Chicken eggs are a rich, easily accessible and inexpensive source of vitamins, minerals, proteins, essential omega 3 fats, etc. Although the consumption of eggs in any form greatly benefits our organism, many scientists agree that it is best and the healthiest to consume raw eggs, since most nutrients and enzymes are destroyed during thermal treatment.

In addition to the main ingredients, proteins and fats, sulfur, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, iodine, copper, iron, choline, vitamins A, D and E, B12, B2, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin and niacin are found in the yolks.

  1. I love raw eggs blended in milk with a little vanilla and some maple syrup. I could live on that! When I eat them cooked my favorite way is very easy over. I like them runny! I also like egg salad made from hard boiled eggs. Yums!
